First of all, We very much regret to inform you our current situation related with your order.

우선, 당신의 주문건과 관련된 현재 상황을 알려드리게되서 대단히 송구스럽습니다.

As you know, since we have had long production break due to the COVID 19 occurred in Korea for last couple months, we inevitably need to request you delay of the shipment at this moment.

알다시피 코로나19로 인해서 지난 몇달동안 공장휴업이 길어졌고 어쩔수 없이 당신에게 선적일 연기를 요청할 수 밖에 없게 되었습니다.

The required time of the delay from us is 2 weeks from the original shipping date on the L/C.

우리쪽에서 필요한 시간은 L/C(신용장) 에 명시된 선적일로부터 약 2주정도 연기하는 것입니다.

So, please understand our situation and then kindly accept the amendment of shipping date on the L/C until June 3, 2020 instead of May 3rd, 2020.

제발 우리의 상황을 이해해 주시고 L/C 상의 선적일을 현재 5월 3일 대신 6월 3일로 연기해주시는 것을 수락해 주시기 바랍니다.

All the cost required for this delay and the L/C amendment will be paid by us.

이번 선적지연으로 인한 모든 발생하는 비용과 L/C 수정비용은 저희가 부담하겠습니다.

Once again, we would like to apologize you for this inconvenience and look forward to having your positive feedback soon.
