ME: I'm looking for a studio downtown. 시내 쪽 원룸을 찾고있어요 

( 한국에 원룸을 영어로는 studio 라고 부름 / 미국기준 )

* I'm looking for ~  / 나는 ~을 찾고있어요 

* a one-bedroom apartment 방 1개짜리 거실1개 아파트 

                       [어펄ㅌ므언트] T소리가 거의안나게

* a two-bedroom apartment 방 2개짜리 거실1개 아파트 

 

AGENT: Alright. What's your price range? 가격대는 얼마정도 생각하세요?

ME: Under $2,000 a month. 한달에 2,000달러 이하요

    ( 미국은 전세가 없기때문에 월세개념 기준 )

                 * the rent: 월세 

ME: How much is the deposit? 보증금 얼마인가요?

ME:Does the rent include utilities? 공과금 포함인가요?

                               *Utilities 공과금

ME: Is it fully furnished? 가구가 비치되어있나요? 풀옵션이예요?

ME:Does it have a microwave ? 전자렌지 있어요?

ME:Does it have an A/C ? 에어컨 있어요?

 * Air conditional 줄임말 : A/C

ME: How is the neighborhood? 동네 어때요? ( 동네분위기, 편의시설 포괄적 )

              * 동네사람 이웃사람 neighbor 

              *neighborhood 동네

 

ME: Is there public transportation nearby? 이 근처에 대중교통 있어요?

ME: Is there a subway station/ bus stop/ supermarket nearby? 근처에 지하철역/ 버스정류장/ 슈퍼마켓 있어요?
