전화 영어 시 필요한 모든 표현 총 정리해봤어요 ( 앞으로도 생각나는게 생기면 추가 업뎃 예정 )

저는 해외에서 근무하기 때문에 꼭 알아둬야하는데요 

비즈니스 영어이기 때문에 너무 친구한테 하듯이 해서도 안되고, 적당한 표현과 적당한 예의를 갖춘 아주 기본적인 문장들로만 정리 했습니다.
